- Industrial Polisher Bed Demineraliser
SEION Industrial Bed Demineraliser are designed to produce high purity treated water required by the pharmaceutical and electronics industries. These demineralisers can be used as polishing units after separate bed demineraliser or directly, to obtain high purity water. Polisher Bed Demineraliser are one-column units, filled with strongly acidic cation and strongly basic anion exchangers mixed together evenly. Dissolved solids in the water are thus removed, producing water of a very high quality conforming to IP specifications of purified water. The treated water is not free from bacteria and pyrogen. - Advantages :

- One mild steel pressure vessel internally lined with rubber and provided with internals of corrections resistant material and initial charge of cation and anion exchangers.
- One set of regeneration equipments, including hydraulic ejectors, acid and alkali tanks.
- One set of frontal MSRL pipework and valves.
- Two inspection windows.
- One orifice board to indicate regeneration flow.
- One dial-type electrical conductivity meter to monitor.

- pH:6.8 – 7.2.

- Carbon dioxide – Not detectable.

- Note :
- Feed water should be free from turbidity organic matter, heavy metals and oil, and should be at ambient temperature.
- Output per regeneration depends on the feed water quality.
